Our Story

Founded in 2013, Smart Time Solutions specialises in watch servicing, repair, polishing and restoration of luxury watches. In 2020 we moved to our fully fitted out workshop premises in Stockton Heath, near Warrington, Cheshire.

We are a Cartier Authorised Repairer as well as an Omega and Longines Certified Service Centre and a TAG Heuer Authorised Workshop.

We are Swiss trained watch repair specialists offering high quality watch repairs, watch servicing and watch restoration on a range of leading luxury watch brands including Omega, Longines, TAG Heuer, Cartier, Rolex, Zenith and Hublot.

We are a well established and highly respected company and we understand what your precious timepiece means to you. Our expert watch repairers will look after and repair your watch with the utmost reliability, professionalism and expertise.

Services

Battery and re-seal

At Smart Time Solutions our service is not limited to just a new battery. Over time the seals in your watch break down and degrade, and therefore to ensure your watch is water resistant we re-seal and pressure test all watches.

We are able to fully restore your vintage timepiece and are able to replace and source parts, many of which are obsolete. This is because our master watchmaker trained in Switzerland and has a unique and extensive knowledge in his field.

Smart Time Solutions are experts in postal repairs. We recommend that your send your timepiece fully insured to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will notify you that we are in receipt of your watch once it has arrived safely with us.

watch servicing

In order to maintain the working life of your timepiece you should have it serviced regularly in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. At Smart Time Solutions we provide a minimum 12 months guarantee and an accompanying guarantee card upon completion.

CASE refurbishment

We refurbish hundreds of high end watch cases and bracelets, and are experts in this specialist field. We have state of the art watch polishing equipment and are able to restore your watch close to ‘as new’ condition.
